Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Cryogram website at this domain, including the waitlist (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Scopecreeper Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“Scopecreeper”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
1. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Cryogram. It does not create a contract for the supply of any product or service, does not guarantee access, timing or pricing, and either of us can end your participation at any time (you, by unsubscribing; us, by closing or pruning the list). How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
2. Product information is indicative
Cryogram is in active development. Descriptions on the Site - including features, availability, platforms and pricing structure - reflect our current plans and may change before or after launch. We aim to keep the Site accurate, but we make no commitment that any described feature will ship in the form or on the timeline described.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content - text, design, graphics and logos - are owned by Scopecreeper or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Cryogram” and “Scopecreeper” are trade names of Scopecreeper Limited. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not systematically copy, scrape or republish its content without our permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site - including attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or testing vulnerabilities without our invitation, submitting malicious content through forms, or using the Site in any way that breaches applicable law. Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome to report findings as described on the security page.
5. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services (such as Tally for forms) and may link to third-party sites. Those services and sites have their own terms and policies, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scopecreeper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability in connection with the Site will not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (£100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them - except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and forum rights of your country of residence.
