Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Cryogram website (including the waitlist), how we use it, and your rights. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
1. Who we are
Cryogram is operated by Scopecreeper Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Scopecreeper Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: enquiries@scopecreeper.com.
2. Scope
This policy covers the Cryogram website and waitlist only. Use of the Cryogram application is governed by the end user licence agreement; the processing of customer data in Cryogram Cloud is governed by our terms of service and a data processing agreement. 3. What we collect and why

We do not use advertising trackers on this site, and we do not buy, sell or rent personal data.
4. The waitlist form
The waitlist form is provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium), which processes form submissions on our behalf. Tally's own privacy practices are described in their privacy policy. Waitlist data is used solely to contact you about Cryogram; every email we send you includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions (such as our form provider and email service), where required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition - in which case this policy would continue to apply to data collected under it.
6. International transfers
We aim to keep personal data in the UK/EU. Where a service provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe, or until twelve months after Cryogram's general launch, whichever comes first, after which it is deleted. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period after. Technical logs are kept for no more than 90 days.
8. Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal). To exercise any of these, email enquiries@scopecreeper.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, your local data protection authority.
9. Children
This website and the waitlist are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes affecting waitlist subscribers, notify you by email.
